Monthly Meeting: Tuesday, March 3rd @ 7pm Hampton Place

Join us for our regular monthly meeting to discuss “The Adventure of the Blanched Soldier” whereby a client shows up at 221 B. Baker Street to consult with Holmes regarding the fate of his good friend and fellow Boer War veteran Godfrey Emsworth in the first of only two cases written up by Sherlock Holmes, rather than Dr. Watson.

This tale from The Case-Book of Sherlock Holmes was first published in the Strand Magazine in November 1926 and in the United States in Liberty magazine on October 16, 1926.

“I lit my pipe and leaned back in my chair.”
