SEPTEMBER MEETING

After a lovely summer break, it is finally back to business for the Stormy Petrels.

There will be a report on the conference which took place in Minneapolis and a report on the dinner with our fellow member from England.

The adventure for discussion will be “The Beryl Coronet”
“Holmes…there is a madman coming along. It seems rather sad that his relatives should allow him to come out alone.”
Why was this “madman” coming to see Holmes? Where does the coronet fit in?
Much discussion will follow at 7:00 pm at Hampton Place on Tuesday, Sept. 3rd.

See you there!

Sherlock Holmes in Victoria

Petrels, and other Sherlockians, who are travelling to the Island to experience the Victoria Fringe Festival, may be interested to hear that they can catch a Sherlock Holmes play there.

Tickets, at $11 each, can be purchased online from the Fringe Festival, in person, or by phone – 250-590-6291.
The dates are: Aug. 27, 29, 30, 31 and Sept. 1.
