2020 Birthday Brunch

The Stormy Petrels of BC will be celebrating the birthday of the world’s first consulting detective on January 4th, 2020.

All are invited to come celebrate with us in the “Fireplace Room” at The White Spot Restaurant located at 1616 West Georgia Street, Vancouver. (11:00 a.m.)

At this time, membership fees will be collected and Fran will post the Masters’ Dinner toast list for anyone wishing to propose a toast in March. It’s never too early to think of toasting one of your favourite characters (or things) from any of the adventures written by Dr. Watson.

Book Sale!

Fellow Petrels: Get some Christmas shopping done at the next meeting!

Fran has a great selection of Sherlockian books and VHS movies to sell during intermission at the next Stormy Petrel meeting. (50 cents to $2) A bargain, every one!

We will also have our Canonical ornaments on display.

Please note that we are postponing movie night until the Spring. We will be discussing “The Retired Colourman” at the December meeting. Details will be posted shortly.

Note that the January Birthday Brunch will take place on Saturday, January 4th, 2020 at the White Spot on West Georgia Street (11:00 a.m.) in the usual “Fireplace Room”
