NOVEMBER 2012 MEETING

“The Boscombe Valley Mystery” was published in the Strand Magazine for October 1891.  It is the fourth story in the Adventures, and contains many of the elements which make up a good Sherlock Holmes story. 

But what does “Cooee” mean?  What is the reference to ‘a rat’?  Attend the next meeting and you will find out.
